In July 2025, our team successfully carried out the repair and realignment of the STS5 front catenary trolley for NSFT. The trolley was found fully twisted, with three wheels lifted off the rail and the Left-Hand Side rollers jammed with the girder. The corrective work involved safely releasing rope tension, realigning trolley wheels, repairing deformed guide roller mountings, reinstalling and aligning the catenary rope, and verifying all measurements as per OEM specifications. The system was restored to full operational condition, ensuring a swift and safe recovery of crane operations.
